Brett Calvin began his professional career within the millwork industry for one of the largest window, door and millwork manufacturing companies, JELD-WEN. Over the course of 20 years, he managed global operations which included seven years in Mexico.  Following JELD-WEN, Brett took on executive leadership rolls within various architectural millwork and commercial construction companies.  His operational foundation and strategic leadership give him the experience to operate successfully in diverse environments.  His vision, customer focus, and employee centric approach lead companies to success. Today, Brett resides in Southern California with his wife and 3 children serving as the Montbleau Holdings CEO which owns and operates Montbleau & Associates LLC, Northwest Woodworks LLC, & Buda Woodworks LLC, providers of Luxury Architectural Millwork across the United States.

Chris Gioia embarked on his professional odyssey with a focus on custom yacht interiors and luxury residential projects. Over the course of 15+ years, his expertise in Architectural Millwork has left an indelible mark on a diverse array of projects. A visionary at the helm, Chris collaborates closely with executive and senior management, charting the course for future success. His strategic intelligence comes to the fore as he meticulously establishes short and long-term goals, formulates budgets, and crafts comprehensive plans and strategies for continued growth. In recognition of his contributions to the woodworking industry, Chris received the prestigious 40 Under 40 award by the Woodworking Network in 2022. This accolade stands as a testament to Chris' excellence and commitment to advancing the industry. Today, Chris serves as the Montbleau President.

James Mekeel was NWWI’s first employee in 1989 and took over as President in 2005 and co-owner in 2006. James is married, has 4 adult children, 3 grandchildren and 1 young daughter still in home who competes in youth AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association) competitions from the Washington to Ohio. He splits his time between Scottsdale and the Northwest.

Rob Gerry is a seasoned millwork professional with over two decades of experience in the premium millwork industry. He joined Buda Woodworks in 2024 as the Director of Project Management and, through his leadership and dedication, was promoted to President in March 2025. In his current role, Rob leads a team of over 60 talented employees and craftsmen, driving excellence in craftsmanship and project execution. Beyond his work in millwork, Rob is a passionate musician and furniture maker. In his free time, he enjoys writing, performing, and recording music, as well as crafting custom furniture from his home workshop.

Lisa Sigui is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of construction experience with expertise in financial management, budgeting, risk management, and strategic planning. She is instrumental in steering the financial direction of Montbleau Holdings, ensuring profitability while maintaining a reputation for excellence. As a member of the leadership team, Lisa is both collaborative and decisive, fostering a team environment that encourages innovation and accountability. Lisa has been instrumental in driving growth, streamlining operations, and implementing financial strategies.
